Take one tablet daily on an empty stomach, when you first wake up, with a sip of plain water (no more than 120ml). Wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or taking any other oral medications. Following these instructions is important, as food and drink can significantly reduce how much of the medication your body absorbs.
