Morrisons Mounjaro Prices 2026: Full Cost & Honest Review

You cannot walk into a Morrisons, pick up a loaf of bread and a Mounjaro pen, and head to the self-checkout. That surprises a lot of people. Morrisons Mounjaro is an online service, run under the Morrisons name by a separate registered pharmacy, and the pens arrive by post.

Which raises the more useful question. If you are going to order from a supermarket brand rather than a dedicated weight loss clinic, are you getting a supermarket price? Below is what every dose costs, how those numbers sit against the official NHS list price, and the small print to read before you tap "get started".

Morrisons Mounjaro prices: every dose in 2026

Morrisons Clinic sells the Mounjaro KwikPen, which holds four weekly doses. One pen is a month of treatment. Prices below are for a 4-week supply and include the consultation and delivery.

The £149 is a welcome price on your very first 2.5mg pen only. Order a second month at 2.5mg, which many people do because they are still settling into the medication, and it becomes £169. Build that into your budget rather than meeting it at checkout.

Most people do not stay on 2.5mg. The standard titration moves you to 5mg after four weeks, then upwards roughly every month if you are tolerating it well. So a realistic first year at Morrisons, moving through the doses at the usual pace and stopping at 10mg, lands somewhere around £2,800 to £3,200. How Morrisons Mounjaro prices compare with the NHS list price

Most price round-ups stop at the table above. The number that gives those prices meaning is the official one.

Eli Lilly raised the UK list price of Mounjaro from September 2025. The NHS Business Services Authority published the redetermined reimbursement prices, so we have an official, dated benchmark for what a KwikPen is worth on paper. Those figures come straight from the NHSBSA: the 2.5mg pen went from £92 to £133, and the 12.5mg and 15mg pens went from £122 to £330.

Line that up against what Morrisons charges:

Three of the seven prices sit below list. On 12.5mg you are paying £31 less than the published list price, and that includes a consultation and postage.

A fair caveat: list price is not what a pharmacy pays. Pharmacies buy at negotiated wholesale rates, usually below list, so none of this tells you the margin. What it does tell you is the shape of the pricing. Morrisons is competitive where treatment gets expensive and takes its margin at the entry point, which is exactly the opposite of the "cheap starter, painful renewal" model some clinics run. If you are going to be on 12.5mg for a year, that shape works in your favour.

The bundles: small savings, real trade-offs

Morrisons offers 8-week bundles, either two pens of the same strength or a mixed pair that steps you up a dose. The saving is smaller than the word "bundle" suggests, and it shrinks as your dose climbs.

Six pounds on a £632 order. That is under 1%.

And there is a condition attached. Morrisons' terms state that bundled weight loss pens cannot be refunded or replaced if unused. Buy two 15mg pens, then get a side effect that means you need to drop back to 10mg, and you are holding a £316 pen you cannot return.

Bundles make sense in one situation: you are settled at a dose that is working, you are not planning to titrate up, and you have a holiday or a house move coming that would make a monthly re-order awkward. Otherwise the £6 is not worth the loss of flexibility.

Who actually runs Morrisons Clinic?

Morrisons Clinic is operated by Phlo Technologies Ltd, a Manchester-based digital pharmacy. The superintendent pharmacist named on the site is Dennis Ouko, GPhC registration number 2205052, at Unit 1 Fifth Street, Trafford Park.

None of that is a problem. Phlo is a registered UK pharmacy and white-label partnerships like this are common across the sector. But it matters, for two reasons.

First, the Trustpilot rating. The Morrisons Clinic pages carry a Trustpilot badge showing 4.8 out of 5, and the weight loss page notes in small print that "reviews and stats are for Phlo". The delivery figures quoted alongside it, over 750,000 medicines delivered, are Phlo's too. Those are sound numbers for a busy pharmacy, and they describe Phlo's whole operation rather than the Morrisons-branded weight loss service. Am I eligible for Morrisons Mounjaro?

The published criteria are the standard private-pharmacy set: a BMI over 30, or over 27 with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure or raised cholesterol. You will need to upload photographic evidence to verify your consultation, and your medical history has to clear the clinical checks.

One inconsistency to check. The Morrisons Clinic Mounjaro page gives the age range as 18 to 85. The Morrisons Clinic FAQ published on morrisons.com, and the general weight loss service page, both say 18 to 75. If you are over 75 and considering this service, ask before you pay rather than after.

Also note that the general weight loss criteria exclude people with diabetes, or pre-diabetes requiring treatment. Mounjaro is licensed for type 2 diabetes as well as weight management in the UK, but that is a different prescribing route, and most private weight loss services will not take it on.

What the price includes, and what it doesn't

Every Morrisons Mounjaro order covers the pen itself, needles, a sharps bin, insulated packaging with ice packs, free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, and a monthly clinical check-in at re-order.

What it does not include is the rest of it. There are no blood tests, no app-based tracking, and no dietitian sessions beyond the general articles published on the Morrisons site. If you want structured coaching alongside the medication, that is a different kind of service at a different price, and a fair reason to look beyond a pure dispensing model.

Transferring in from another provider needs paperwork: evidence of a prescription issued in the last four weeks, for any dose above the 2.5mg starting strength. Without it you restart at the bottom. Frustrating if you are already at 10mg, but it is the right call clinically, and any provider that skips that check is one to be wary of.

Could you get Mounjaro on the NHS instead?

Possibly, though not quickly for most people.

NICE recommends tirzepatide for managing overweight and obesity in adults with a BMI of at least 35 alongside at least one weight-related health condition, set out in technology appraisal TA1026. NHS England is rolling access out in phases through primary care, starting with the people in greatest clinical need, as described in its interim commissioning guidance. Lower BMI thresholds apply, usually reduced by 2.5, for people from South Asian, Chinese, other Asian, Middle Eastern, Black African or African-Caribbean backgrounds.

Is Morrisons Mounjaro any good?

On price, at the higher doses, yes. £299 for 12.5mg undercuts the £330 list price and holds up well against the UK market, and free delivery on every order removes a fee that some providers still charge.

On the starting doses it is less impressive. £169 a month for 2.5mg is towards the upper end, and since almost everyone spends their first month or two there, it is the number most new patients will actually experience. On the service, the honest answer is that there is less published evidence than the branding implies. The reviews and delivery statistics on display belong to Phlo. That is not a mark against the pharmacy, which is properly registered and clearly operating at scale. It just means the Morrisons name is doing more work than the track record behind it.

The thing to weigh is what you want from a provider. A dispensing service posts you a pen and checks in monthly. That suits people who are confident, know their dose, and want the medication at a fair price. If this is your first GLP-1, if you have other conditions in the mix, or if you have started and stopped before, the clinical support around the medication matters more than £20 on a pen. One last thing on expectations. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, average weight reduction at 72 weeks was 15.0% on 5mg, 19.5% on 10mg and 20.9% on 15mg, against 3.1% on placebo.
